IN IT FOR LIFE

Crisis Pregnancy Center of Grant County

Who We Are

We are a group of individuals who want to help women find alternatives to abortion.  We sincerely believe that you as a woman deserve better than abortion.  In the work that we do, we find so many women who regret their past abortion experience and wish that someone was there who would be a sounding board or a shoulder to lean on as they faced such a difficult decision.  We believe abortion is never the solution.  Abortion only serves to cause more problems physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

We believe that as Christians, God has called us to serve the needy & broken hearted.  So many families “fall between the cracks” of the social service system and need help from time to time.  We also realize that emergencies arise or financial status may temporarily or permanently change and we want to make ourselves available to help.  We also want to teach skills that promote self reliance over dependence on government agencies.  We provide helpful referrals to agencies and organizations we work with hand in hand.

We believe that Christ is the answer for so many of the issues that women and families face.  Whenever a client wants to talk about spiritual matters we are there to point them to the Bible, Christ and the local church.

We know that most women who have chosen abortion in their past regret their decision.  Abortion, like any other loss of a family member, causes grief.  We know that people need the support of others to navigate the grieving process.  We offer a Bible study called “Forgiven and Set Free” by Linda Cochran.  We have watched many women move from the bondage of a past abortion to the freedom of forgiveness through this Bible study.  After completing this study, many women speak of acceptance from the pro-life community that they never allowed themselves to experience before.
